Drip irrigation is the most desirable technology for vegetable irrigation in greenhouse and canopy. It’s advantages are water –saving ,increase production ,temperature-reduction ,saving of labor and effective.

First, water source: Refer to picture 1 as a reference

Water source preparation

1.     water source can choose a impounding reservoir about 2M3 with a 3/4 outside thread connector at the outlet and have a distance about 3cm-5cm from the bottom which is used to precipitate the impurity in the water.

2.     fix a wash water valve at the outlet opposite of impounding reservoir

3.     The pedestal should high 80cm-100cm and be used to provide work pressure to system. It is always jointed by brick or mental.

Forth, installation and construction   

   The users should prepare sluice equipments: pitcher with volume about 500 liter, fix a wash water valve at the bottom of the pitcher and a 3/4 outside thread outlet at the point where have a distance about 3cm-5cm from the bottom in order to connect with the drip irrigation system .About 1 meter from ground surface, there can build with brick or joint mental frame.

1.     The preparation work before installation installation before  system installation ,users should do the preparatory work as follows:

Equipments: hacksaw, scissors, leather measuring tape, 24’’monkey wrench, gloves, PTFE Tape and so on. The construction time should be chosen according to different situation, and enough labors should be provided by users.

2.     head part installation

3.     Firstly the head part should be well connected in the warehouse where goods are stored. The installation of greenhouse has the following steps:

A.   Cautionly fix head to the water source connector

B.    Arrange the main pipe line and different greenhouse with different length should arrange different main pipe line.
