Each year, old flower is similar but old people is different .It’s true. It almost let you flinch when you walked into DAYU three years ago, because the company even didn’t have its own plant and office building. The enterprise culture development just like a desert which made you just want to leave there as soon as possible. Howevre, at present, after two years hard work DAYU has changed. The garden-style and modern factory , wholely new flow production line ,dignified and distinguished-looking office building ,clean and comfortable staff dormitory and colorful culture activities let staff of DAYU more and more confidence day after day. With the big change and growth of DAYU, our good friend DAYU PAPER is also changing and growing.
Although DAYU PAPER just starts, we can have much more understanding about DAYU, first line of production, construction site and the heart sound of staffs from it. It contains our participation, feeling and experience of ourselves. At the same time, we can also learn knowledge from it: production technology, installation common sense, management skills, sale experience and so on. Out of nothing, although the space of a whole page is small, and it is lack of sound of staffs, It can let our long time waiting hope come true! What’ more, it’s our own paper which was created by ourselves, it’s an indiscerptible part of our enterprise culture. It is also a channel for us to communicate and a window for us to show our enterprise culture, enterprise spirit and enterprise products to outside.
Maybe it just like a young bloom, a grouting fruit which need the shine of the sun, the moisten of rain and dew and the love of all of us .As staffs of DAYU, we should pay more attention to it, support our DAYU PAPER and participation in the creation of DAYU PAPER on order to let our DAYU PAPER more colorful.
