甘肃大禹节水股份有限公司创建于本世纪开元之年，发展至今已成为，国内专业从事节水灌溉设备生产、节水工程施工的专业化程度最高、设备最先进的集生产、研发、销售为一体的生产厂家。辖酒泉、定西、武威、乌鲁木齐等四大节水灌溉基地和28家海内外营销服务分支机构，从业人员800余人。是由甘肃大禹节水股份有限公司原股东和中国水利水电科学研究院、水利部科技推广中心、甘肃大成投资有限公司等5家法人股东共同投资的中国知名节水灌溉公司。2009年10月公司在创业板首发成功上市，成为国内第一家专业从事节水灌溉的上市公司，2009年实现销售收入2.7亿元，利润2670万元，现总市值达30多亿元人民币。
公司主营生产滴灌管（带）、施肥器、过滤器和输配水管材等5大类20多个系列近1000个品种节水灌溉器材，现具有年产滴灌管（带）6亿米、管材1万吨、施肥过滤器及自控系统2000台（套）的生产能力，产品辐射国内百万亩节水农田，远销韩国、泰国、南非、澳大利亚、印度等20多个国家和地区。同时兼营水利水电工程建设等项目。
公司是国家科技部认定的国家级重点高新技术企业，中国水利水电科学研究院节水灌溉工程技术研发及产业化推广基地。公司依托中国水科院国家节水灌溉及北京工程技术研究中心，至今已承担实施 国家“863”计划、“948“计划、星火计划、火炬计划等重点科技研究项目30多项，先后开发成功国家重点新产品3个，拥有“压力补偿滴头”等20多项科技成果及专利。公司始终坚持“质量是生命，品质大于天”的原则，使产品技术质量达到国内领先和国际先进水平，建设完成国家西部专项、国家农业科技成果转化、日协贷款节水灌溉工程等产业化推广发展项目10多项，在节水灌溉科技创新、高新技术产品研发出口和产学研一体化建设等方面取得了显著的成效，企业综合实力及成长性在节水行业达到国内领先和国际先进水平。
